Steve Rinehart, the spokesperson of BP articulated that, the Trans-Alaska Pipeline system carried around 47 percent of gas and oil produced by BP, 28 percent of oil and natural gas manufactured by Conoco Phillips and 30 percent of gas and oil extracted from the Exxon Mobil was also transported via the huge pipeline system. More than 5 percent of the production, from these energy companies are ceased since to avoid further damages to the pipeline. The stocks and the price of oil and natural gas depends on the duration of pipeline shut down and suspended actions will vigorously blow the prices. The temporary suspension of production would not only affect the crude oil market of the United States, but also the crude oil market of Asia, Europe and Middle Eastern countries.
